CROSS COMMUNITY HEALING SERVICE AT BELFAST CATHEDRAL

St Louise’s School Choir from the Falls Road will help to lead the worship at a special service of divine healing in St Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast on Monday, September 27 at 8 pm.

The choir will sing as people come into the Cathedral, and then will join Drumbo Catholic Church Music Group in leading the worship.  The special speaker will be Canon Roy Lawrence from England. Roy has been involved in the healing ministry for more than 40 years. He has written a dozen books on the subject and has been invited to speak and minister all over the world. During his ministry he has seen amazing healing taking place, and he believes implicitly that God heals through prayer today. He says that the healing ministry is at the centre of the Gospel message.  ‘You cannot believe in God the Father without believing in the healing ministry. You cannot believe in Jesus without believing in the healing ministry. You cannot believe in the Holy Spirit without believing in the healing ministry.

Brother David Jardine, a Canon of St Anne’s aand one of the organisers of the event, says ‘We have one of the top teachers on the healing ministry in the British Isles as our speaker. As well as that we have representatives from a number of Christian traditions leading the service. God’s promise is that when He finds that unity and harmony amongst his followers a blessing will follow.’

Prayer for healing and anointing with oil will be available at this service.
